Ravi Atri, who was arrested by the Uttar Pradesh Special Task Force (UPSTF) from Meerut in April this year, had orchestrated the leak of the UP Police Constable Exam paper along with Rajiv Nayan Mishra. 

Now, Atri's connection to the NEET scandal came to light after Bihar Police's Economic Offences Unit (EOU) discovered evidence linking him to the paper leak mafia led by Sanjeev Mukhiya.

Ravi Atri and Sanjeev Mukhiya, though operating separately, are both involved in the business of leaking exam papers. Notably, Mukhiya's son, Dr Shiv Kumar, had studied alongside Atri.

Now it's being speculated if the Paper leak happened in UP instead of Bihar.
