Recap of the brutal gangrape case:

The minor victim was allegedly gangraped in a birthday party.

Despite severe abdominal pain and bleeding, her parents weren't allowed to take to her to hospital.

She died a few hours later, due to excessive bleeding.

The victim's body was hurriedly burned by TMC leaders, without any death certificate OR autopsy.

The Police had even refused to file a gangrape FIR.
