A Russian tank unloads on a group of Ukrainian troops at a distance of just meters.

This footage was reportedly shot in Kharkov, and Ukrainian troops apparently did not recognize the tank as hostile.

The tank crew seemingly also identifies the troops as enemies only at close range.
