NSCN-IM accuses former interlocutor R.N Ravi of “psychological warfare” by organising military exercises and bringing in jet fighters, rocket launchers in Naga dominated areas as they refused to sign the Naga peace agreement by October 31,2019.

NSCN-IM said in a statement that “the Nagaland state police were instructed to keep rations in stocks for at least two months and Special Branch (SB) department of Nagaland state police were
instructed to identify NSC members and their residents.”

“The 31 October, 2019 was actually a day of ultimatum served to the NSCN to sign the agreement under the Indian constitution without the Naga flag and the Yehzabo (constitution). Ravi threatened the NSCN with dire consequences…” the statement said.

NSCN is a separatist group whose slogan is "Nagaland for Christ".
