Central Govt. Deactivated a good no. of Aadhaar Card all over India because of irregularities.

CM Bengal claimed because of this, people are not getting Benefits transferred.

The state govt launched a grievance portal for the affected.

So CM wrote to the PM to register her protest regarding deactivation of Aadhaar cards.

To add weigh to the letter, she mentions ST SC OBC as victims at large.

In a press conference, Union Minister Shantanu Thakur said that Aadhaar cards are being deactivated due to a technical error and all such cards will be reactivated in the next few days. He said that those who have faced problems have been asked to apply for the reactivation of the cards.
