West Bengal:

Eye Witness in the Congress Councillor Tapan Kandu's murder found dead.

Two days ago, Calcutta High Court had questioned the Police investigation, and had ordered a CBI probe in the case.

His wife alleges that TMC leaders and WB Police were involved in the murder.

The councillor was shot dead last month at point blank range.
