A fashion show in Uttar Pradesh's Shri Ram College faced backlash as some students walked the ramp wearing burqas, leading to protests from Muslim organizations and 'Jamiat-e-Ulema'.

Jamiat Ulema said – "Burqa is not a part of fashion, it is used for curtains. College students should not do this in future."

College students reportedly wanted to do something for the women of the 'Muslim Community.
