TMC Minister on Birbhum Massacre:

"One or two incidents can happen. If it goes like there is no shooting or a mischief, then there will be no need of the police and the court."

- Not justifying Birbhum killings, but such incidents are more frequent in UP, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar and Rajasthan: Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee.
