This figure can be expected to rise further this year, with Germany anticipating a sharp rise in new arrivals by year-end.

UP: Bihar resident Mohammad Shamim booked for allegedly sexually harassing a 9-year-old girl, while she was sleeping on the terrace of her home in Noida, police said.

The girl’s father had gone to Khatu Shyam Mandir to pray with his friends on July 22.

In the night, Mohammad Shamim sexually harassed the 9-year-old minor girl on the terrace. The girl woke up and tried to shout, but the accused covered her mouth,” SHO Singh said.

The accused is currently on the run and efforts are underway to arrest him.

Mumbai Police on high alert, security around the Chabad House has been increased in Colaba.

Maharashtra Anti Terrorism Squad (ATS) has recovered images of the Chabad house, the Jewish Community Centre from the terror suspects Mohammed Imran Mohd Yunus Khan and Mohd Yunus Mohd Yakub, who belong to the local Islamist terror group known as Al-Sufa.

Chabad House was one of the targets of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack.

The ongoing probe into Al-Sufa has so far as revealed plots by the group to kill prominent Hindu leaders and politicians.
