Biden calls Chinese president Xi dictator

"When I shot down the spy balloon, Xi was so upset because he didn't know it was there," Biden told supporters on stage at a 2024 presidential campaign fundraiser in California yesterday.

"It was very embarrassing for the dictator(Xi Jingping). He didn't know what was going on, the balloon was blown off course," Biden added.

Biden also said China "has real economic difficulties."
