1—- पॉलीगैमी या बहुविवाह पर रोक लगेगी।

5—- एडॉप्शन सभी के लिए allow होगा। मुस्लिम महिलाओं को भी मिलेगा गोद लेने का अधिकार। गोद लेने की प्रक्रिया आसान की जाएगी।

6--हलाला और इद्दत पर रोक होगी।

7-- शादी का अनिवार्य रजिस्ट्रेशन होगा। बगैर रजिस्ट्रेशन किसी भी सरकारी सुविधा का लाभ नही मिलेगा।

8–-- पति-पत्नी दोनो को तलाक के समान आधार उपलब्ध होंगे। तलाक का जो ग्राउंड पति के लिए लागू होगा, वही पत्री के लिए भी लागू होगा।

9--नौकरीशुदा बेटे की मौत पर पत्री को मिलने वाले मुआवजे में वृद्ध माता-पिता के भरण पोषण की भी जिम्मेदारी। अगर पत्नी पुर्नविवाह करती है तो पति की मौत पर मिलने वाले कंपेंशेसन में माता पिता का भी हिस्सा होगा।

10-- मेंटेनेंस-- अगर पत्नी की मौत हो जाती है और उसके माता पिता का कोई सहारा न हो, तो उनके भरण पोषण की जिम्मेदारी पति की।

11- गार्जियनशिप-- बच्चे के अनाथ होने की सूरत में गार्जियनशिप की प्रक्रिया को आसान किया जाएगा।

12- पति-पत्नी के झगड़े की सूरत में बच्चों की कस्टडी उनके ग्रैंड पैरेंट्स को दी जा सकती है।

Details:

A sessions court in Halol town, in Panchmahal district, acquitted 35 people in connection with four different 2002 riot cases in which three people were killed.

The people who died in the violence were Ruhul Amin Padva, Harun Tasiya and Yusuf Sheikh.

The court observed that there was no evidence against the accused and therefore the accused were acquitted. In all, there were 52 accused in the case; 17 died during the trial. The verdict was pronounced against the remaining 35 by additional sessions judge Harsh Trivedi. “There were a spontaneous set of riots in Gujarat. They were not planned ones, as described by pseudo-secular persons,” the judgment states.

The judgment said that the police unnecessarily implicated the accused. It added that the police implicated prominent Hindu people from the area — doctors, professors, teachers, businessmen, panchayat officials, etc. “Due to the uproar of pseudo-secular media and organisation, the accused persons have unnecessarily to face prolonged trial (sic),” it stated.
