Earlier, Shashi Tharoor had urged External Affairs Minister S Jaishankar to "cool a little bit" after the latter's remark about the West's "bad habit" of commenting on other countries.

Terming the press index "mind games," Jaishankar said that these are the ways of playing the mind games which are like lowering the rank of the country whom you don't like.
