Two girls aged 7 & 8 were attacked with a knife at Neukรถlln Elementary School in Berlin. One is critical. The attacker, a muslim 'Berhan S.' aged 39 was detained at the scene.
Berhan S. will be housed in forensic psychiatry. The police are ruling out terrorism, despite he coming from a "strictly religious family". Instead Police say he has Mental illness caused by drug use.
Berhan S. is the same person who was reported in 2009 at the age of 24 in connection with a knife attack.
