1️⃣ An unidentified Mongolian boy has been unveiled as the reincarnation of the third-most spiritual leader in Tibetan Buddhism.

2️⃣ The boy, who is reportedly 8 years old and holds US dual nationality, is the 10th Khalkha Jetsun Dhampa Rinpoché, the third-most senior lama and the head of the religion in Mongolia.

3️⃣ His existence, which was a rumour thus far, was confirmed when he was spotted next to the Dalai Lama during a ceremony in Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala this month.

Supreme Court overrules 2011 verdict, says membership of unlawful organisation by itself will constitute UAPA offence.

In 2011, the Supreme Court had said that ‘mere membership of a banned organisation will not make a person a criminal unless he resorts to violence or incites people to violence or creates public disorder by violence or incitement to violence’.

NIA today attached two offices of banned PFI outfit in Rajasthan's Jaipur and Kota under the provisions of UAPA, as the ‘proceeds of terrorism’

NIA's investigation revealed that the office of PFI situated at Jaipur and Kota were being used for organizing terror training camps.

These trainees, mostly young Muslim boys, were being radicalized and trained in the use of dangerous weapons, such as knives and swords, to attack, assault, and murder by targeting vulnerable points of the body, including the head, neck and chest.
