A case was later registered and a special POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012) bench at Nadiad awarded him a DEATH SENTENCE.

Notably, the truth came out when the minor turned PREGNANT. Apart from the death sentence the court also asked the accused to pay a sum of TWO LAKH rupees to the victim.
