ADR report reveals that nearly half of all state ministers are facing serious criminal charges and 87% of all state ministers are crorepaties .

1️⃣ In absolute numbers, Tamil Nadu has the most ministers facing criminal cases (28 out of 33 total), followed by UP (24 out of 49), and Bihar (21 out of 30).

2️⃣ In terms of the highest percentage of ministers with serious criminal cases, Maharashtra tops the list (65%), followed by Jharkhand (64%), and Telangana (59%).

3️⃣ The ministers are facing charges related to murder, crimes against women, Rapes, kidnapping, etc.

🅰️ A whopping 87% (486) of ministers are crorepatis, with the average assets of ministers standing at Rs 16.63 crore.

1️⃣ Karnataka has the richest council of ministers consisting of 27 crorepatis who own average assets of Rs 73.09 crore. This is followed by Maharashtra (20 ministers; Rs 47.45 crore) and Chhattisgarh (13 ministers; Rs 43.96 crore).

2️⃣ Every state minister crorepati states are ( Arunachal Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Goa, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Manipur, Puducherry and Uttarakhand.)
