Three days ago, Union minister Ashwini Kumar Choubey's convoy was pelted with stones in Bihar's Buxar, as protestors have been sitting on a dharna in Buxar for almost three months demanding proper compensation for the acquisition of their land for the Satluj Jal Vidyut Nigamโs (SJVN) power plant.
