UAE on Thursday agreed to extend an existing loan of $2 billion to Pakistan to help the country tackle its economic crises.

The UAE further gave a fresh loan of $1 billion to Pakistan.

This announcement was made after Pakistan PM Shehbaz Sharif met UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan in Abu Dhabi.
