Criminal Probe Launched Into Tesla’s Self-Driving Claims – Report

As Musk takes over Twitter, Tesla criminal investigation in the US over the company’s claims that its electric vehicles can drive themselves expedited, Reuters reports, citing three people familiar with the matter.

According to the outlet, the US justice department launched a probe into the car manufacturer last year after several reports of crashes, including fatal one, which involved Tesla’s driver assistance system.
