In a joint operation, Maharashtra ATS and the Punjab Police have arrested Charat Singh alias Indrajit Singh alias Karaj Singh, from Mumbai.

He is key accused in the RPG attack on Punjab Police Intelligence headquarters, in May this year.

During the interrogation, Charat Singh revealed that he is in contact with a wanted terrorist named Lakhbir Singh Landa, presently in Canada.

According to the Punjab police, the attack was jointly carried out by an “axis of Babbar Khalsa International (BKI) and gangsters with the backing of Pakistan’s Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI)”.
