Bank of India had advertised a notification for the recruitment of the various posts on 20th April 2022 . I am attaching the notification for your reference.
Us students saw it as an opportunity to get employed by such reputed bank because of such bumper vacancies.
Approx. 9900+ candidates have applied for the post of credit manager scale1. And on the exam date approx. 4100+ students appeared. I am attaching the RTI reply for your reference.
The result was announced on 4th October 2022. And only 72 candidates have been shortlisted for the interview. Out of which only 24 seats will be fulfilled. (please refer the notification particularly interview coloum).
Also on the day of the examination the candidates had multiple exams and people traded off those exams for this.
We understand that banks have rights to withdraw the vacancies as per their convenience. But what was the need to fulfil only 5% of the vacancies despite the shortage of manpower in the PSUs.
Isn’t this cheating? Wherein they advertised 484 vacancies and only filled up the 5% I.e. 24 seats. The application costs alone 850rs + we go for the courses and test series of various educators assuring us of our success. Also the exam pattern was changed 7 days prior the exam. We study hard thinking after the results we can economically sustain.
Not only this, candidates like me surf internet and verify the sources and websites killing hours to prepare, validate and find the updated content and the result is just 5% of the vacancies being fulfilled.
We are not here to malign the reputation of such big banks but sir don’t u think how unprofessional it is. Because of such results not only us but the families are failing.

Dear sir we are helpless before this crooked system. I sincerely appeal to you to give power to our voices.
