Haryana’s Government Healthcare System Faces Doctor Shortage

Doctors are leaving Haryana’s government hospitals due to heavy workloads, administrative pressure, inadequate facilities and limited career growth.

Nearly 67% of sanctioned posts in eight government medical colleges are vacant—2,572 of 3,843 positions. The shortage is overburdening remaining staff, reducing specialist care and leaving patients struggling for timely treatment.

Three Italian nationals reportedly travelled from Amritsar to Delhi on Air India flight AI1115 before boarding a Lufthansa flight to Munich without mandatory immigration clearance.

The passengers were allegedly routed incorrectly through Delhi’s international transfer area. The Civil Aviation Ministry has issued Air India a show-cause notice, seeking an explanation within seven days.

Canada Deports Lawrence Bishnoi Gang Associate

Canada has deported Karamveer Singh, also known as Karamveer Deo, a close associate of gangster Lawrence Bishnoi.
