🚨J&K: TERROR HANDLERS TURN TO PORN SITES & ENCRYPTED APPS FOR RECRUITMENT

Security agencies say Porkistan-based terror groups and ISI handlers are increasingly exploiting pornography websites, niche encrypted apps and other less-conspicuous digital platforms to contact potential recruits in Jammu & Kashmir.

Some adult platforms reportedly offer real-time chat features designed to connect users nearby. Officials say terror handlers are exploiting these channels for communication and recruitment.

Agencies are also tracking Tor-based apps such as Coatex and Conion, along with platforms offering end-to-end encryption, disappearing messages and registration without phone numbers or email addresses.

Officials say some of the applications can operate over 2G/EDGE networks, while VPNs and foreign-generated virtual SIMs are also being used to make attribution more difficult.
