Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Vehicle Factory Jabalpur on August 27 to lay the foundation stone for a new modern T-72 battle-tank overhauling plant.

The facility will be established at Vehicle Factory Jabalpur (VFJ), a unit of Armoured Vehicles Nigam Limited (AVNL).

🚨Security forces launched an extensive search operation in Madkoli village of the hilly Sumb area, Samba, on August 25 after an Iridium satellite communication set was reportedly detected in the area.
