🚨Canada announces up to 50% tariffs on $20 billion of US goods

🇨🇦 Canada has announced retaliatory tariffs ranging from 15% to 50% on approximately C$27.6 billion (US$20 billion) of U.S. imports.

The measures target around 700 products, including steel, aluminum, dairy, appliances, agricultural equipment and electronics.

The tariffs will take effect
September 8.

US reportedly asked Ukraine to pause strikes on Moscow during CIA chief's Russia visit

The Trump administration reportedly asked Kyiv to refrain from long-range drone and missile strikes against Moscow, St. Petersburg and northern Russian regions from Monday through Wednesday, according to Financial Times reporting.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will visit Vehicle Factory Jabalpur on August 27 to lay the foundation stone for a new modern T-72 battle-tank overhauling plant.
