🚨IRAN ANNOUNCES MAJOR GAS DISCOVERY WORTH TENS OF BILLIONS

🇮🇷 Iran has announced the discovery of a major natural-gas field in southern Fars province containing more than 7.5 trillion cubic feet of gas.

Iranian Oil Minister Mohsen Paknejad said around 5.7 Tcf is recoverable, equivalent to roughly 15 years of production from one phase of the South Pars gas field.

The field also contains substantial gas condensates, with Iran valuing the combined resources at tens of billions of dollars.

🚨Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has rejected calls to hold elections while the war with Russia continues, warning that a wartime vote could split and destabilize Ukraine.

🇺🇦 Zelenskyy called elections under current conditions a “huge risk”, saying they could effectively “destroy” the country by creating internal divisions.

For Nifty, the key question will be whether the opening strength sustains after the initial gap-up, especially with crude, the rupee and geopolitical developments still capable of changing the mood quickly.
