People underestimated how sophisticated this racket had become.

Health Plus and Ram Pharma allegedly operating from the same floor. A dormant Saharanpur firm allegedly used to generate fictitious purchases. Bills rotated between friendly entities to create a paper trail for the stock. Laptop data was allegedly wiped as inspectors closed in. A software distributor was also named in an earlier FIR over alleged billing manipulation.

This wasn’t just a chemist cutting corners. It was an alleged accounting network designed to give counterfeit medicines a clean “birth certificate.”

The response must be equally structural: licence cancellation + criminal prosecution. Every time.

🚨Govt Orders Uber, Ola & Rapido to Remove Pre-Ride Tip Prompts

India's Road Transport Ministry has directed ride-hailing aggregators to remove all tipping prompts shown before or during a ride.

Under the 2025 Motor Vehicle Aggregator Guidelines, tipping must remain voluntary and available only after the journey is completed.

The government said apps cannot suggest that paying an advance tip could improve the chances of faster ride confirmation or driver acceptance.
