• The trust allegedly had no demonstrated experience in aerospace or defence R&D.

• Questions have been raised over eligibility and the allotment process.

• The land was later returned after the matter came into public scrutiny.

📌 CASE 2: 19 ACRES IN KALABURAGI

• Siddhartha Trust was allotted 19 acres for an institution for Kannada and Sanskrit studies.

• Initial lease arrangement was allegedly converted into a permanent grant.

• The land was reportedly granted free of cost.

• The document cites alleged CAG observations questioning whether the allotment served a larger public interest.

• A Lokayukta-related complaint is also referenced in connection with this allotment.

📌 CASE 3: BDA LAND IN BANASHANKARI / BTM

• Siddhartha Trust was allotted an 8,125 sq. metre civic amenity site by BDA.

• The trust allegedly sought additional concessions citing SC/ST management status.

• A BDA law officer reportedly objected to granting such concessions.

• The trust later sought an alternative site in BTM Layout.

• The document alleges the land remains with the trust despite legal challenges.

📌 CASE 4: 7.18 ACRES NEAR KALABURAGI

• Siddhartha Trust allegedly purchased 7.18 acres of land in July 2011.

• The dossier claims discrepancies relating to ownership and revenue records.

• It alleges that even years later certain records remained in another individual’s name.

• The document raises questions regarding the beneficial ownership of the land.

📌 CASE 5: 1.1 ACRES RECEIVED AS GIFT

• Siddhartha Vihara Trust allegedly received approximately 1.1 acres through a gift deed in August 2022.

• The dossier states that verification of the circumstances surrounding the transfer is ongoing.

• The document claims members of the Kharge family hold key positions in the trust.
