A 20 year old Hindu Madhurjya Barman from Nalbari, Assam was stabbed multiple times and killed by two Muslims, Roz Ali and Asif Ali.

On May 31, Madhurjya and his 17 year old niece were attacked with sharp weapons while returning home on a scooter.

The two Jihadis intercepted them and launched the assault.

The minor hindu girl had allegedly rejected Roz Ali's proposal, after which he started harassing and threatening her.

Madhurjya died on the spot. His niece is critically injured and undergoing treatment in hospital.
