"In Mira Bhayandar, Rohingya Muslims have acquired bogus papers on a massive scale. When questioned, they show their Aadhaar Card, permit and Ration Card. All these papers are made via bogus Aadhaar.

First they get Aadhaar at a Borivali address and then shift here. Once the address is shifted, it's permanent." Mehta further says:

- Bhayandar RTO issued around 30 auto-rickshaw permits illegally to suspected Rohingya and Bangladeshi nationals using fake or forged documents.

- 17 out of 20 samples checked in one report belonged to Rohingya Muslims.

- Illegal immigrants were obtaining driving licences and auto-rickshaw permits through fraudulent means, raising security and local livelihood concerns

Uttar Pradesh court has increased the jail term of SP leader Azam Khan and his son Abdullah Azam by 3 more years in the fake PAN card case.
