Jhansi, UP | The CBI has arrested Deputy Commissioner Prabha Bhandari (IRS - C&IT) posted in Central GST, along with 2 superintendents, one lawyer, and one company owner.

They were caught taking a bribe of 70 lakh rupees. Following this, raids were conducted at the accused's premises, where 90 lakh rupees in cash was recovered.

In a GST evasion case, a bribe of 1.5 crore had been demanded from the company.
