In a major breakthrough, NIA has arrested Amir Rashid Ali of Samboora, Pampore—accused of conspiring with suicide bomber Umar Un Nabi in the Red Fort car bomb blast that claimed 10 lives and injured 25.
Ali allegedly facilitated the purchase of the vehicle used as the VBIED.

NIA has forensically confirmed the deceased driver as Umar Un Nabi, an Assistant Professor from Pulwama. Another vehicle linked to him has also been seized and is under examination.
