₹220 crore. 216 brand-new 4BHK homes. This week, the Home Minister will inaugurate the new MLA quarters in Gandhinagar.

The new MLA quarters in Gandhinagar were built at a cost of about ₹220–247 crore. The old MLA quarters in Sector 17 had become structurally weak, outdated, and costly to maintain.

By replacing them, the government expects to cut recurring repair/maintenance costs and avoid the expense of renting or arranging alternate housing for MLAs.
