During the speech, he announced that Indonesia would recognize Israel after it recognizes a Palestinian state. The president also stated that Indonesia would be ready to send soldiers to Gaza as part of an "international peacekeeping force" (and then the speech was cut off exactly at that point...)

In broad daylight in Guwahati, Assam, a Katmullah rickshaw puller harassed and molested a minor schoolgirl while she was getting down from the rickshaw.

CCTV footage showed how Mohoruddin tried to stop her from getting down from his rickshaw and touched her private parts forcefully.
