Hindu girl, Kashoo Devi was allegedly subjected to an attempted rape by three MUSLIM brothers — Shabbir Ahmed, Zakir Hussain, and Muzaffar Hussain, sons of Roshan Din, along with two other men in Reasi, Jammu

During the incident, she and her sister-in-law were beaten, and the accused allegedly attempted to kill them.

Kashoo Devi sustained injuries on her shoulders, face, and back. The accused also threatened her, saying that even if she went to the police station or the court, some officials would protect them.

A 41-year-old TCS software professional Manju Prakash died after he was bitten in the toe by a Russell’s viper that was hiding inside his Crocs.

The baby snake too died of suffocation as the techie walked wearing the slipper for nearly 30 minutes without sensing any sting from the snake bite.

Relatives suggested he may not have realised the bite, as he had lost sensation in his leg following a bus accident and surgery in 2016.
