Bombay high court Justice Bharati Dangre recuses from hearing former Maharashtra Home minister Anil Deshmukh's bail plea in the money laundering case.

Earlier in April 2022, two Bombay High Court judges - Justice Revati Mohite Dere and Justice PD Naik, had recused from hearing Anil Deshmukh's plea against CBI custody.
