The bartender passes a letter to your party in the dimly lit tavern. With a nod and a piece of gold left on the counter, you open it and find the following message in flowing ink:
"Greetings, adventurers! The convention fast approaches. We've had a few questions about the open Meet & Greet rooms and wanted to give you all an idea of how these spaces will work for you!
Let's say you have a great idea for a meetup that didn't make it into the schedule or maybe you thought of it last minute. For this example, let's say you want to see if anyone wants to get together and trade sets of TTRPG dice!
Outside of the available rooms will be a whiteboard. You make your way over to one of the available rooms in the morning, see that no one has anything on the board yet, and write there:
'TTRPG Dice Swap: 2p-3p hosted by Omni'
Feel free to embellish and doodle, but make sure to leave space for others to write in their events! For our own sanity and your fellow attendees, please place morning events near the top, afternoon in the middle, and evening near the bottom of the whiteboards. Boards will be erased each morning!

- Post it into the Unofficial Megaplex chat with a small description of your meetup

The Music Trivia Game Show on Saturday, Aug. 31st at 5:30p in Panels 2 has been canceled.
In its place, the Anthro Kennel Club Dog Show scheduled for 12:00p today will be taking its place.

Harmony Healthcare will be providing no-cost rapid HIV testing on Friday from Noon to 5pm and Saturday from 1pm to 6pm, depending on demand. They will have a medical provider with them both days for further testing if needed. Head to the Convention Level to partake in their services!
