Today, the Megaplex team would like to offer our condolences to the fandom, as well as the friends and family of Mark, (Sy Sable). Sy helped found ConFurence in '89, which paved the way to the fandom we have today. Rest in Peace Sy, your light will be missed.

We are aware that many shoulder nights are full at the moment and are working with the hotel to add more rooms on those nights. Make sure to book what you can and we will post when additional nights have been added and you can adjust your reservation.

The hotel has informed us that you should now be able to resume booking at https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/MCORO/G-SME2. If you need to add dates to your existing booking you can do so via your reservation link or by contacting the hotel.

Party floor spots are available for king or queen rooms. You must have an existing reservation at the host hotel and email Mp-hotel@megaplexcon.org with your name and confirmation number. If you’re even thinking of holding a party, it doesn’t hurt to be added to the party floor!
