🔖 Tasks :

1. Regular alone visits for KOL doctors and pharmacies to achieve monthly personal Sales
2. 2 to 4 times a week double visists with medical reps ( 1 -3 MRs ) to help them evolve thier sales 50% in the first quarter.
3. Weekly meeting with the upper management with weekly plan and summary of the last week (Saturday Morning)
4. input of daily sales in CRM google sheet of his team and all area sales.
5. Result driven through regular follow up and visits.




🙍‍♂️ Pesonal Specifications :

-Must be Male Pharmacist
-Must Own a car
- Must be Part time available from 4 pm to 11 pm
- Must have Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Sadr City and Surroundings.
-Nice to Live in Sadr city or nearby areas

1. Psychiatrist / Mental Health Practitioner (Online)

Requirements:
• Proven experience working with children diagnosed with autism and speech or communication challenges.
• Ability to design therapeutic and corrective solutions for behavioral and emotional issues faced by families.
• Strong commitment to daily online sessions and consistent case follow-up.
• Proficiency in computer use, communication tools, and online conferencing platforms.
• Must be based in Baghdad.
• Ability to conduct video consultations with parents and attend internal team meetings.

Monthly Salary: 500 $

Requirements:
• Prior experience managing and growing social media pages.
• Creativity in producing unique, informative, and engaging content related to autism awareness and family education.
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain community engagement and interaction.

3. Operations Coordinator

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical college or Psychology.

Responsibilities:
• Communicate directly with parents and assist in initial assessments.
• Complete evaluation forms and collect relevant patient data.
• Maintain ongoing communication and follow-up with families of children receiving support.

Monthly Salary: 300$
