Eastern Express: N-15 Highway Emerging as Russia’s Fast Lane Towards Zaporizhzhia

➡️ The "East" grouping continues to maintain a high tempo of the offensive, methodically breaking through the defensive positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the junction of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Dnipropetrovsk region.

➡️ Following the liberation of the village of Pisantsy by Russian troops (apparently, simultaneously with Pisantsy), the neighboring Bogodarovka, also located along the bed of the Volchya River, also came under control.

🔴 With the Pokrovsk district still held by the enemy, the "Eastern Express" does not force events: most likely, the units of the grouping will focus on active advancement along the strategically important N-15 Zaporizhzhia Donetsk highway. There are no grounds to believe that movement along this route will be fast and problem-free for now.

➡️ Nevertheless, the "East" grouping demonstrates one of the best results in terms of territorial advancement rates among all groupings on the front.

🔴 Parallel to this, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, the Armed Forces of Ukraine are beginning to accumulate chronic problems related both to an acute shortage of trained and fully equipped personnel, and to the lack of substantial fortification in a number of places.

➡️ The construction of full-fledged defensive lines in the border areas of the Dnipropetrovsk region is clearly lagging and is already taking place under conditions of either the beginning or the active phase of operational isolation by Russian troops.

🔴 In the current situation, the chances that the N-15 highway will turn into a boulevard for the advance of Russian units on Zaporizhzhia are assessed as extremely high.

⚠️ A definite concern is the presence of a large space east of the still unoccupied Alexandrovka, however, this problem will apparently be resolved in parallel with the main advance of the "East".
