how can I take full ownership of my role in IPR and become fully engaged and proactive instead of waiting for instructions? How can I access more of my ability to care when I already KNOW people are in life-or-death situations and my reaction is to sluggishly do just what I'm told to, if that?

How should I NOT speak in public? How can I avoid harming or embarrassing you with my public words?

What are good ways to talk that will be most helpful to our cause? What are the best ways to frame what we're doing?

How can I encourage people over the hurdle of getting on Telegram? How do I make clear how easy and accessible it is?

How can I overcome my own inertia? Again, I understand that this is a giant emergency in which multiple lives are at stake that I can save. But I still keep doing nothing unless I'm directly told in the most immediate and specific way, 'Please say this thing on this public platform now.'

I can't rely on you prompting me all the time, and worrying doesn't seem to help, so what else can I try to enable myself to post?
