It is a wild experience to travel around the network, even just on Telegram Messenger. And there is so much on Telegram Messenger documenting the challenges and blessings and experiences we have unfolded through for now about seven years. something like seven years on Telegram, there is so much insight that emerges from having that documentation, far more than only in the public spaces. amazing resources in the private network, in the private spaces on Telegram Messenger alone, where none of us can remember the breadth and depth of it. And finding little opportunities, little games, little just like signals from the universe that lead us to a particular space on a particular date. Sometimes what takes us to a space we haven't been active in for a while is that a bot stops by and we need to do something about the bot. One of us sees the bot, we go and we're like, whoa, this whole thing is here. We haven't been working on this for a little while. Like, wow, it's connected to other recent projects. And wow, the language is different than we're using now. like, you know, we were working on this over here for a number of years, and then we ended up working on something kind of similar, but way over here, under a different heading, you know, using a different platform project to build it. Maybe different groups of people, often different groups of people, because of all our collaborators, so many are navigating severe circumstances, are hopefully surviving, but many, you know, if we don't have contact right this moment, we don't know how they are. We don't know if they're still on the planet. And so what we work on, even if it's something that's kind of the same, it might change active groups, it might change spaces, it might change platform headings. A lot of things can change and our process benefits so profoundly from not being necessarily linear. Because when you require a linear process, you miss a huge amount of nutrients that can only flow in a nonlinear process. this work is full of miracles. It is really something to get to reflect on the differences we see in different spaces, different project headings, different languages, different lived experiences that were happening at the time of a particular set of documentation. We’re reaching out now for emergency assistance keeping hot running water in this location.

The gas service has notified us that shut-off, with $900 overdue, will be 25 May 2025… the day after tomorrow.

On May 25th, it will then require $1,300 (instead of $900) to reconnect.

I set the deadline in the title for tomorrow, Saturday the 24th of May, because by the time we hit Sunday morning we'll already have to pay the higher amount to get our hot running water back.
