I could not be more moved, more touched, more filled in my heart from being with so many of you today on Zoom (about 850 of you from around the world) to honor and celebrate Arny and his amazing and generous life and spirit.

It felt so important to come together at this moment --to share our grief, to feel our deep love and gratitude to Arny for the innumerable gifts he has given to each of us and our world, and to sing and woof and join his spontaneous playful spirit! I can sense that he was deeply moved by everyone and glad to remind all of us to continue our learning and research to help make a better world. Thank you so much for carrying his teachings and legacy forward each in your own way. I'm also touched by your love and embrace of both of us.

Today is Arny and my anniversary - our 36th official year together and 39th year as a whole. Below is a photo of a little gift we got for ourselves 3 years ago on our anniversary. Now, I want to share that gift with all of you “Beautiful Dreamers”. <3

I can't even think of a thing right now that makes me as happy as that makes me. I possibly never will.

' I am on page 37 of Dreambody by Dr. Arnold Mindell; the body's role in revealing the self. This is the second edition published by Lao Tse Press, Portland, Oregon, second edition.

This page, 37, at the very beginning of the book... the paragraph near the bottom of the page... I cannot turn the page. I cannot bear it.

This, this, is one of my favorite things that I have read ever in any book in my entire life.

I won't read the paragraphs leading up to it, but I will read this paragraph:

"The traditional Tibetan doctor takes synchronicity more fully into diagnostic account than his traditional Indian and Chinese colleagues, and will even give his patient a poor prognosis if he himself is in a bad mood when the messenger arrives announcing the patient's illness.
He may also make a diagnosis on his way to see the patient, depending on various omens.
The patient's body or dreambody is everywhere for the Tibetan doctor."

There's so much more I want to read, but I just had to read that part.
