22 May 2018, post and comments by Megan Elizabeth Morris:

"No need for shame of words, bodies, or style of expression. ✨🌱✨ Create joy, relieve stress & pain, emerge from trauma.

Many people talk differently and move differently than others expect.

This is not bad. It is very good! It is a strong and sacred kind of life energy.

Human beings change over time and discover new things about themselves.

Many undergo severe injury or illness, find they grow through their experience of trauma, and must express themselves more freely and lovingly to themselves in order to integrate and recover.

In the great stress of our times, we aspire to opening ourselves and our ways of thinking to the expressions of others, especially the ones we do not understand, so to support healing in community."

"It's okay to feel shame, whether you are feeling it about yourself or when you have a misunderstanding about someone else.

Co-supported belonging and resonant connections with others ease shame and the pain that comes with it.

Sometimes we need to practice a while by ourselves and in community before we can do it the way we want to.

It is important for us to be patient with one another, as we struggle through our individual invisible obstacles to reach the nourishment that is dearly needed."
