How can I overcome my own inertia? Again, I understand that this is a giant emergency in which multiple lives are at stake that I can save. But I still keep doing nothing unless I'm directly told in the most immediate and specific way, 'Please say this thing on this public platform now.'

I can't rely on you prompting me all the time, and worrying doesn't seem to help, so what else can I try to enable myself to post?

How do I get over uncomfortable or guilty feelings about asking sick people for help? How do I help other people get over those feelings?
A community knows it can trust prominent members of that community if the community reliably receives and responds to urgent messages from its most marginalized members.

If a community's most marginalized members are ignored or thought not to be part of that community, that community has not earned the trust of its members -- it is eating some of them alive in order to feed others.

It would be hard to trust any community that continued to do this.

A compounding factor is uniquitous environmental neurotoxins, interrupting all living organisms' ability to engage executive function.
When you dig into the research and talk to people who are most affected, you may (as we did) find the results stark and alarming.

Our community response is successful, however. Emergency mode is a positive, health restoring state.

There is no need for threat alarm; caring action alarm is needed immediately.

When we listen, care, and work together, we find out all the many ways we are already okay.

While we still have terrible problems, we want to get better at working together, listening, and caring.

This is the basis on which we're succeeding.
