So, here's the thing.

It's going to be lonely.

Every individual living being is encountering what is right for them to encounter, right now. Even those of us who are dedicated to direct collaborations must also navigate our personal challenges and challenging encounters. Even when we are together, we are also separate; even when we are present with one another, we are also our own entire worlds to discover, explore, and learn from.

When we embrace the recognition of necessary loneliness —- not even that we are alone, but that loneliness is an element of the universe and we are always somehow in contact with it —- it opens us up to the brilliance and resonance of felt connection. How can we feel connection without also feeling disconnection? How do we notice when our bodies have healed from neurological damage... and are able to vibrate on a somatic frequency with other bodies?

How would we even know the difference, if we didn't also sometimes feel loneliness?
