"...The fact that tech stocks rose by 27% in one quarter of the pandemic shows one driver of this war against human freedoms and human society: every minute human beings spend in a classroom, at the pub or restaurant, or in a church or synagogue, is time that tech companies lose money by being unable to harvest that data." --Naomi Wolf, https://www.aier.org/article/the-end-of-america

Know the signs and stages of grooming. Talk to your kids❀
Let's notice how every one of these components is present in increasingly surveillance oriented, socially restrictive environments (including your private home, if you have one). A group, individual, or platforn pretends to care for us and help us meet needs... until suddenly they are willing to hurt us in order to do what they want us to do.

If you are reading this, there is a good chance this set of steps is already being used to make you vulnerable to traffickers as well as entrapping the more vulnerable people in your life.

When all of these components are present, it is extremely easy to traffic a vulnerable person.

I am very grateful for collaborative spaces where we are interacting with one another differently and supportively, so that we can change the environmental factors that would allow any of us to be trafficked for the first time or ever again.

When we notice how we can be in relationship with one another with a litmus for trust, to build increasing trust over time in a way that is fully human and fully in service of the life energy that is all living beings... it is directly antidotal to the violence of intentional trafficking systems.

Something I and some others have been striving to verbalize together is how commercial and technological platforms have usually been instituting these components as a matter of achieving financial stability.

When a social media company inserts itself into your relationships, for instance, it requires you to communicate in certain disabled ways and make money in certain disabled ways because they must ensure their platform makes money first in order to continue in relationship with you.

But this monetizes your relationships, too.

There are consequences for extracting oneself from a "relationship" with a trafficker or a platform that is facilitating trafficking.

The consequences of trying to separate oneself from the abusiveness of social media platforms make one more vulnerable to being trafficked, very much like the consequences of trying to separate oneself from the interpersonal abusiveness of an individual bad actor.

We know that our environments don't have to include any of this abusive stuff.

Even the subtlest versions of it, we can do without them utterly!
Forwarded from Max Morris
When we make sure our environments don't include those abuse patterns, when we ensure inclusive communication and the means of healthy relationship building, traffickers are not able to move in our environments.
Forwarded from Max Morris
When we establish these safe and inclusive environments, most traffickers don't even stay traffickers.

Because most traffickers didn't want to be traffickers in the first place.

Those ones became traffickers because they were deprived of environments that would have protected them from traffickers; they were captured by a trafficking network and could then only find "safety" by intentionally trafficking others.

For many, this has been happening to them since they were babies.

When captured traffickers come into regular contact with environments that fully protect and support trafficking survivors, environments that are activated, aware, and inclusive, there are rapidly decreasing reasons for that one to continue to be a trafficker for their own survival.
Forwarded from Max Morris
As survivors of trafficking and as individuals still being victimized by networks of intentional trafficking, we need others to be fully cognizant of this in their desire to help us.

When we take this approach, it safeguards us from violence and conflict.

We immediately dismantle networks of intentional trafficking activities by focusing on actively including the components of healthy, safe, inclusive community resourcing.

A great deal of this we continue to broadcast almost every day @IntuitiveCommunity and @IntuitivePublicRadio.

Thank you for co-creating these spaces so that it could be safe for me to say so.
