You just have to make your text fill into 0%, i know it'll disappear. And then you just play with bevel & emboss and also inner glow. Simple right. The result will be transparent in the middle. It work with both text and shape.

To stay creative, don't be stressed if i am stressed, i always calm myself and find soke stuff (like video tutorial, people's art work) that makes me want to make an art. Just watch a tutorial randomly, make yourself happy and then you can stay creative. But do remember, people's way to stay creative is different, because this method suits me and some of my friends, but as i said, not everybody method will be the same and always suit. 🤓
