In two and half years of this so called health crisis,
not one single so called “health official” gave any real “health advice.”
Not one.
Not once.
All they blurted were big pharma marketing pitches and their maddening mantras assuring us of the efficacy and safety of their special medicines.
Repeat a lie often enough and some people will take it for the truth.
The fact that they locked people up for months,
restricted their oxygen intake and experimented on them with new potions is one thing…
but the other thing is the glaring omission of any salient measures proven to strengthen immunity and create robust health.
Get in the sun, lift heavy things, bend, stretch, have a daily disciplined exercise routine…
none of this was suggested at all.
In fact as the gyms, pools and Pilates/yoga studios were closed,
these genuine health measures were restricted in the name of “stopping the spread.”
All the while bus loads of police officers were piled in side by side to address the rallies,
and sickly, pasty politicians lectured us about their “concern” for us in crowded press conferences…
In a nation of 26 million,
not one bio hazard bin was ever seen for those infected and contaminated masks 😷🙄
Isn’t it funny how apparently cash carried the boogieman,
but the masks somehow didn’t 🤷🏻♂️
I digress.
The point is none of the “health officials” ever suggested anything about diet, hydration or supplementation either,
did they?
Not a word.
The pillars of health are;
Breathing ✅
Hydration ✅
Diet ✅
Exercise ✅
Human connection ✅
Some would argue in that order.
But none of these pillars were EVER discussed.
They were discarded entirely.
Even demonised.
Further to that,
the supplements and alternative treatments that were proven to be effective,
we restricted or even banned entirely.
And,
anyone who provided them was often punished.
Wow…
talk about “health care.”
Many of us never sanitised.
Never suffocated ourselves.
Never took any potions.
Never stopped hugging, kissing…
shaking hands.
Never.
Yet here we are.
We dialled in our health and fitness.
We trained underground and in garages and in parks.
Most of all,
we never were experimented on.
Two and half years in,
many of us have never been stronger and never been more certain of what real health looks like and more certain that we made the right decision.
Health is not something that you can just inject…
it’s not like a TV dinner…
30 seconds and ding, ding, ding you’re good to go.
Health is a discipline,
a way of life and the ultimate form of self respect.
The people telling you what to put in your body,
don’t know anything about anything of these things.
Maybe it’s time we stopped listening to them 🤷🏻♂️
