Do you remember what it was like living through the 80s? ❤️
Honestly… the best time ever.
Life wasn’t perfect, but it felt real. We weren’t constantly connected to a screen, yet somehow we were more connected to each other. We had time to talk, time to wander, time to dream, and time to simply be.
Kids played outside until the streetlights came on. Friends knocked on your door instead of sending a message. Music meant something. Memories were made, not manufactured.
We didn’t realise how special it was while we were living it. We just thought it was normal.
And maybe that’s the saddest part…
Somewhere along the way, the world became faster, louder and more connected, yet somehow we became more disconnected.
